Your siding does not get dirty all at once. Pollen settles in spring, rain splashes red clay up the foundation, and mold and algae creep across the shaded north side until one day the whole house looks tired. Most homeowners never notice it happening because it happens slowly.
A house wash is not a pressure wash. We apply a cleaning solution that kills the mold and algae at the root, let it dwell, then rinse at low pressure. The growth comes off, the siding is not damaged, and the house stays clean far longer than if we had blasted it off with water alone.
We clean vinyl, brick, stucco, painted wood, fiber cement, and composite siding, adjusting the mix and the pressure to whatever material we are standing in front of.

How It Works
Walk The House
We look at every elevation, note the material, the growth, and anything that needs care such as light fixtures, outlets, or damaged siding.
Protect The Landscaping
Beds and plants get soaked with clean water first so nothing absorbs the cleaning solution.
Apply And Dwell
The solution goes on from the bottom up and sits long enough to kill the mold and algae rather than just push it around.
Rinse And Check
Low pressure rinse from the top down, then a walk around together so you can see it in daylight before we leave.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
It can, which is why we do not pressure wash siding. High pressure forces water behind vinyl panels and strips paint off wood. We use low pressure and let the cleaning solution do the work instead.
Is the cleaning solution safe for my plants?
We pre-wet all landscaping with clean water before we start and rinse it again when we finish. Plants that are already saturated do not take the solution up.
How long will my house stay clean?
Because soft washing kills the mold and algae at the root instead of just knocking it off the surface, the growth takes much longer to come back than it would after a straight pressure wash.
How often should a house in Raleigh be washed?
Most homes here do well on a yearly wash. Heavy shade, tree cover, or a north facing wall that stays damp can push that closer to every nine months.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to water and to every side of the house, you do not need to be there. We will send you photos when it is done.
