Inspect The Windows
We count the windows, note the type, the height, and any damaged screens or seals that should be handled carefully.
Remove And Clean Screens
Screens come off and get brushed and rinsed so they do not go back on dirty and undo the glass work immediately.
Wash The Glass
The exterior glass gets scrubbed with a strip washer, squeegeed clean, and the edges are detailed by hand so there are no streaks or drips left behind.
Detail And Replace
Frames and tracks get wiped, screens go back on, and we walk the house with you while the sun is still on the glass so you can see it in daylight.

Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
No, we clean exterior only. If you want interior and exterior together, mention it when you request a quote and we will tell you what we can arrange.
Can you reach second story windows?
Yes. Upper floor exterior glass is part of a standard exterior window clean. Let us know how many stories your home has when you request a quote so we bring the right setup.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes in Raleigh do well with two exterior cleans a year, once in spring after pollen season and once in fall. Homes near construction or dirt roads may need more frequent cleaning.
Do you clean commercial storefronts?
Yes. We clean commercial exteriors on a schedule or as a one off. Tell us the size of the storefront and how often you want it done when you request a quote.
Will cleaning damage my window seals?
Not if the seals are intact. If a seal is already blown you will see fog between the panes, and that is a seal failure that cleaning cannot fix or cause. We note it when we see it.
