Fences take a beating. North facing boards stay damp and grow black algae, sun facing boards grey out and splinter, and the whole fence slowly turns into a backdrop that makes the landscaping look worse instead of better.
Wood fences are especially easy to damage. Too much pressure strips the remaining stain and raises the grain, which invites more water in and shortens the life of the fence. The solution is lower pressure and the right cleaning mix, which lifts the grey weathering and the organic growth without tearing the wood.
Vinyl fences clean up differently. Algae sits on the surface and can usually be rinsed away once the right solution breaks the bond, but the mix is different than wood and we adjust for it. Either way the fence looks the way it was meant to look again.

How It Works
Walk The Fence Line
We look at the material, the growth, the remaining stain, and any loose boards or posts that need to be noted before we start.
Protect The Beds
Landscaping along both sides of the fence gets saturated with clean water so nothing absorbs the cleaning mix.
Wash And Rinse
The solution is applied from the bottom up, dwells long enough to kill the growth, then rinsed at low pressure that cleans without damaging.
Walk It Together
We walk the full fence line with you so you can see the difference in daylight before we pack up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will pressure washing damage a wood fence?
Yes if it is done with high pressure. That is why we do not do it. We use lower pressure and let the cleaning solution lift the growth and the grey weathering instead of blasting it off.
Can you strip and restain a fence after cleaning?
No, we clean only. If you are planning to stain after a wash, we recommend letting the fence dry for at least two to three days before you apply stain so the wood is not holding moisture.
Does vinyl need a different mix than wood?
Yes. Vinyl and wood react differently to cleaning agents, so we match the mix to the material we are standing in front of.
How long does a fence stay clean?
That depends on sun, shade, and how much water sits on the boards. Shaded fences in damp areas will regrow faster than fences in full sun. Soft washing kills the growth at the root, so it stays clean longer than a straight rinse would.
Can you clean a fence that is already splintering?
We can, but we lower the pressure even further and adjust the mix so we do not make the splintering worse. We will tell you if the fence is too far gone for cleaning to help.
