Concrete is the first thing anyone sees when they pull into your driveway and the last thing most people think to clean. It collects oil drips, tire marks, red clay runoff, and a slow layer of black organic growth that darkens the whole slab a shade at a time.
The difference between a good concrete job and a bad one is the tool. A wand leaves stripes and zebra lines that never fully blend out. We run a surface cleaner, which is a rotating head that covers the slab at a consistent distance and pressure, so the finish comes out even edge to edge.
Driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, pool decks, front steps, and curbing all get the same treatment.

How It Works
Clear And Inspect
Cars, planters, and furniture come off the slab and we look at what we are dealing with, oil, rust, clay, or organic growth.
Pre Treat
Stains and organic growth get treated first so the surface cleaner is lifting loosened material instead of fighting it.
Surface Clean
The rotating surface cleaner runs the full slab at consistent pressure, then edges and tight spots are detailed by hand.
Final Rinse
The whole area gets rinsed clean so nothing dries back down, and we walk it with you before we load up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does some concrete cleaning leave lines?
Because it was done with a wand instead of a surface cleaner. A wand cannot be held at a perfectly even distance across a whole driveway, so you get overlap stripes. A surface cleaner does not have that problem.
Will the stains come all the way out?
Organic growth, clay, and general dirt come out fully. Deep oil that has soaked into the pores for years and rust from irrigation water will lighten significantly but may not disappear completely. We will tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Can high pressure damage my concrete?
Concrete in sound condition handles it fine. Older, spalling, or already flaking concrete needs a lighter touch, and we adjust when we see it rather than push through and make it worse.
Do you clean pavers the same way?
No. Pavers need a different approach because the joint sand washes out under a surface cleaner. Mention pavers when you request a quote so we plan for it.
How long does a driveway take?
Most residential driveways are a couple of hours depending on size and how much pre treating the stains need.
